Open the iPhone Settings app.
Tap General > iPhone Storage.
Tap Best Buy.

Android

Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
Tap Best Buy.
Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

The number is mostly TV and laptop listing images on this phone. Curbside pickup orders stay on the account.

Product photos and AR previews

Best Buy keeps listing images and “see it in your room” previews so browse stays fast. That cache is safe to drop. Saved items and orders stay on the account.

Open Best Buy and tap Account.
Open Settings if listed.
Look for Clear cache or Storage. Most versions skip that row.

If there is no in-app button, use Android Clear cache below. The next product page downloads images again.

Orders and membership

Best Buy’s app help is about deals, Price Match, and pickup, not phone storage. Order history and My Best Buy stay on the account after a cache clear. Receipts you saved as PDF live in Files.

Clear Best Buy cache on Android

Open your phone Settings > Apps > Best Buy.
Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Best Buy on this phone. That signs you out. Orders stay on the account.

iPhone does not offer a separate Best Buy cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and Best Buy still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

Orders, saved items, and My Best Buy stay on the account. You only need to sign in again after reinstall.
Delete the app from your phone.
Restart your phone.
Install Best Buy again from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
