Common questions

How do I free up storage used by messaging apps?

Open the app settings, find Storage, Data and Storage, or Free up Storage, then delete large media or clear cache. Dedupo has a guide for each app.

Does clearing cache delete my chats?

Usually no. Cache is temporary. Cloud chats stay. Secret or local-only chats can be lost if you clear data or reinstall without a backup.

What is the fastest way to find unused apps?
