Free up Coin Master storage

Coin Master caches village buildings, pet art, and spin videos. Coins, spins, and village progress stay on your Moon Active account after you sign in with Facebook, Apple, or Google. The local pile is event media.

See how much space Coin Master is using

iPhone

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap General > iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap Coin Master.

Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
  2. Tap Coin Master.
  3. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

There is no village-repair menu. Link the account, then clear cache.

Clear village and spin cache

Attack videos and seasonal villages sit in cache. Android Clear cache drops them. Your village level stays on the account.

Confirm the cloud link

  1. Open Coin Master settings.
  2. Confirm Facebook, Apple, or Google is connected.

Without that link, a reinstall can start a new village.

Clear Coin Master cache on Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps > Coin Master.
  2. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
  3. Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Coin Master on this phone. An unlinked village can disappear.

iPhone does not offer a separate Coin Master cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and Coin Master still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

  1. Connect Facebook, Apple, or Google first. Village and spins are usually in the cloud after that. An unlinked village can stay only on this phone.
  2. Delete the app from your phone.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Install Coin Master again from the App Store or Google Play.
  5. Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.

What to do next

After Coin Master is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
