Free up Gardenscapes storage

Gardenscapes keeps level scenes, garden decorations, and event art on the phone. Austin's story, stars, and coins stay on your Playrix account once the game is connected. Official help documents Android cache clear. There is no in-app Free up Storage button.

iPhone

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Tap General > iPhone Storage.
3. Tap Gardenscapes.

Android

1. Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
2. Tap Gardenscapes.
3. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

Level cache and leftover event assets are usually the extra space, not your garden progress.

Clear cache the way Playrix documents

1. Open your device Settings and tap Apps.
2. Tap Gardenscapes.
3. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache.
4. Confirm if asked, then restart the game.

Playrix's Gardenscapes Help Center lists those Android steps. Clearing cache is for leftover files and some bugs. It is not a level picker. Do not use Delete Account in Settings. That is account deletion, not storage cleanup.

Connect the account before a reset

1. Open Gardenscapes and tap Settings.
2. Confirm Facebook, Google, Apple, or another linked login if the game offers it.
3. Use Help and Support only if progress is missing after you sign in again.

Playrix stores progress in the cloud after the game is connected. Level scenes download again when you play.

Clear Gardenscapes cache on Android

1. Open your phone Settings > Apps > Gardenscapes.
2. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
3. Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Gardenscapes on this phone. That signs you out. Garden progress stays on the connected account.

iPhone does not offer a separate Gardenscapes cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and Gardenscapes still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

1. Confirm the linked Playrix / Facebook / Apple / Google login first. Garden progress stays in the cloud. Level cache and event assets download again.
2. Delete the app from your phone.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Install Gardenscapes again from the App Store or Google Play.
5. Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
