Free up Mobile Legends storage
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang keeps hero models, skins, map files, and voice packs on the phone. Repair and cache tools inside Settings are the real cleanup. Your rank, heroes, and diamonds stay on your Moonton account.
See how much space Mobile Legends is using
iPhone
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap General > iPhone Storage.
- Tap Mobile Legends.
Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
- Tap Mobile Legends.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
Hero and skin resources are most of the size after a few seasons.
Repair or clear cache in Mobile Legends
- Open Mobile Legends and tap the gear (Settings).
- Open System or Download (labels move between versions).
- Tap Clear cache if listed.
- Tap Repair only if heroes, maps, or audio are broken. Repair re-downloads files.
Clearing cache is the space win. Repair is for corrupt files, not for freeing storage.
Remove extra download resources
- Open Settings > Download or Resources.
- Delete unused voice packs, high-definition resources, or extra language files.
Those assets download again when you turn them back on. Play on Wi-Fi after a big delete.
Clear Mobile Legends cache on Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps > Mobile Legends.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
- Tap Clear cache.
Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Mobile Legends on this phone. That signs you out. Heroes and rank stay on your Mobile Legends account.
iPhone does not offer a separate Mobile Legends cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.
Reinstall the app if storage is still high
If you already cleaned media and Mobile Legends still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.
- Sign in to the account you use for this game first. Progress is usually saved in the cloud and comes back after you sign in. Cached maps and extra resources download again when you play.
- Delete the app from your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Install Mobile Legends again from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.
This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
What to do next
After Mobile Legends is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
