Free up Myntra storage
Myntra caches catalog photos, studio videos, and virtual try-on frames. Orders and insider points stay on your Myntra account. Try-on and product video cache is the local pile.
See how much space Myntra is using
iPhone
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap General > iPhone Storage.
- Tap Myntra.
Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
- Tap Myntra.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
The number is mostly product photos, listing videos, and browse cache on this phone. Orders stay on your account.
Clear product photos and video cache
Myntra keeps listing images and product videos so the feed scrolls smoothly. That cache is safe to drop. Saved items, orders, and your cart stay on the account.
- Open Myntra and tap your profile or the person icon.
- Open Settings (or Account > Settings).
- Look for Clear cache, Storage, or Free up space.
- Confirm the clear if Myntra shows a size.
If there is no in-app button, use Android Clear cache below. The next browse will download images again.
Try-on sessions leave extra frames. Clear cache after you use that feature.
Studio and try-on video
Product studio clips and try-on previews are cache. Your size profile stays on the account.
Clear Myntra cache on Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps > Myntra.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
- Tap Clear cache.
Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Myntra on this phone. That signs you out. Orders stay on the Myntra account.
iPhone does not offer a separate Myntra cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.
Reinstall the app if storage is still high
If you already cleaned media and Myntra still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.
- Orders, saved items, and your account stay with the store. You only need to sign in again after reinstall.
- Delete the app from your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Install Myntra again from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.
This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
What to do next
After Myntra is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
