Free up Nike Training Club storage

Nike Training Club keeps workout video on this phone when you download a session for offline use. Training history stays on your Nike account. Downloaded workouts are the large local part.

See how much space Nike Training Club is using

iPhone

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap General > iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap Nike Training Club.

Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
  2. Tap Nike Training Club.
  3. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

A finished program you left downloaded can outgrow the app binary. Nike does not document a WhatsApp-style Free up Storage screen.

Remove downloaded workouts

  1. Open Nike Training Club and go to Saved (or Library / Downloads, depending on version).
  2. Open a workout that shows as downloaded.
  3. Tap the download control again, or use Remove download / Delete if listed.

The workout stays in the NTC library online. Only the offline video leaves this phone. You can download it again on Wi-Fi.

Keep streaming when you have a connection

If you are usually on Wi-Fi at home, you do not need every program downloaded. Stream the next session and delete finished offline copies so video files do not stack.

Clear Nike Training Club cache on Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps > Nike Training Club.
  2. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
  3. Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Nike Training Club on this phone. That signs you out. Cloud history stays. Offline workouts must be downloaded again.

iPhone does not offer a separate Nike Training Club cache button. Remove downloads in Saved first, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and Nike Training Club still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

  1. Training history stays on your Nike account. Downloaded workouts do not. Download sessions again if you still want them offline.
  2. Delete the app from your phone.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Install Nike Training Club again from the App Store or Google Play.
  5. Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.

What to do next

After Nike Training Club is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
