Free up Goddess of Victory: Nikke storage
Goddess of Victory: Nikke keeps character models, story chapters, and event files on the phone. Squads, gems, and Outpost progress stay on your Shift Up / Level Infinite account. Official notes warn about large resource downloads. There is no documented in-app Free up Storage button.
See how much space Goddess of Victory: Nikke is using
iPhone
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap General > iPhone Storage.
- Tap NIKKE or Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.
Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
- Tap NIKKE.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
Character assets and leftover story cache are usually the extra tens of gigabytes. Official updates have asked for about 19 GB free for a patch.
Nikke has no documented in-app cleaner
Official mobile help does not list a story-chapter delete screen. Resources download when you launch or enter new content. If Settings shows a download or resource row, use only the controls that are there. Do not delete game folders by hand. For a stuck download, official Play Store replies have suggested switching Wi-Fi and mobile data, then clearing cache.
Bind the account before you reset
- Open Nikke and confirm the login (email, Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitter, or LINE, depending on region).
- Official PC FAQ says to bind one of those accounts before a reinstall, or characters can be lost.
The Commander's progress stays on the bound account. Character assets and story cache download again after a reset. Do not close the game during a resource download. Official patch notes warn that can fail the client update.
Clear Goddess of Victory: Nikke cache on Android
- Open your phone Settings > Apps > NIKKE.
- Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
- Tap Clear cache.
Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Nikke on this phone. That signs you out. Squads stay on the bound account. Story and character files download again.
iPhone does not offer a separate Nikke cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.
Reinstall the app if storage is still high
If you already cleaned media and Goddess of Victory: Nikke still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.
- Bind email, Google, Apple, or another listed login first. Official help says characters can be lost without that. Story cache and character assets download again.
- Delete the app from your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Install Goddess of Victory: Nikke again from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.
This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
What to do next
After Goddess of Victory: Nikke is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
