Free up RAID: Shadow Legends storage

RAID: Shadow Legends keeps champion models, dungeon art, and a large cache on the phone. Champions, shards, and progress stay on Plarium after you link an account. Official help documents cache clear for loading issues. There is no in-app Free up Storage button.

See how much space RAID: Shadow Legends is using

iPhone

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap General > iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap RAID: Shadow Legends.

Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
  2. Tap RAID: Shadow Legends.
  3. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

Plarium says RAID uses considerable cache files and asks for about 2 to 3 GB free. Champion assets are the usual pile.

Link Plarium ID before you clear anything large

  1. Open RAID and open the account or login settings.
  2. Link the game to a Plarium ID, Google, Apple, or Facebook. Official help lists those options.
  3. Confirm you can sign in with that account after a cache clear or reinstall.

Plarium's loading-issue article says to do this first so you do not lose access. Champions stay on the account. Local cache rebuilds as you play.

What official help clears

RAID does not document an in-app champion-asset cleaner. For cache issues, Plarium's mobile steps are:

Android

  1. Open device Settings > Storage > Other Apps (path can vary).
  2. Tap RAID: Shadow Legends.
  3. Tap Clear cache.

iPhone

  1. Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
  2. Tap RAID: Shadow Legends.
  3. Official iOS step is Delete App, restart, then reinstall from the App Store. Offload first if you only want the binary gone.

That iOS delete is a reinstall, not a hidden cache button.

Clear RAID: Shadow Legends cache on Android

  1. Open your phone Settings > Apps > RAID: Shadow Legends.
  2. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
  3. Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset RAID on this phone. That signs you out. Champions stay on the linked Plarium ID.

iPhone does not offer a separate RAID: Shadow Legends cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and RAID: Shadow Legends still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

  1. Link a Plarium ID, Google, Apple, or Facebook first. Champions and shards stay on that account. Champion assets and cache download again.
  2. Delete the app from your phone.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Install RAID: Shadow Legends again from the App Store or Google Play.
  5. Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.

What to do next

After RAID: Shadow Legends is lighter, check your photo library for duplicates and similar shots. That is what Dedupo is for.
