Free up Stumble Guys storage

Stumble Guys keeps season maps, cosmetic previews, and event cache on the phone. Skins you own and your Stumble account stay in the cloud once you are signed in. Official help tells Android users to clear cache in phone Settings. There is no in-app Free up Storage button.

iPhone

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Tap General > iPhone Storage.
3. Tap Stumble Guys.

Android

1. Open your phone Settings > Apps (or Apps and notifications).
2. Tap Stumble Guys.
3. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.

Season cache and leftover cosmetic files are usually the extra space, not your owned skins.

Sign in before you reset anything

1. Open Stumble Guys and tap the gear (Settings) in the upper right.
2. Confirm you are signed in with the same platform account you use on other devices.
3. Open Help & Support only if you need Scopely to confirm the account. That chat does not delete files.

Official support lives under Settings > Help & Support > Open. Cosmetics stay on the account. Local season files come back after a cache clear or reinstall.

What official help actually clears

Stumble Guys does not document an in-app resource cleaner. For crashes, loading issues, or lag, Scopely tells Android users to close the game, then use Settings > Apps > Stumble Guys > Clear Cache. On iPhone, official steps are force close, restart the device, and update iOS. That is troubleshooting, not a hidden storage screen.

Clear Stumble Guys cache on Android

1. Open your phone Settings > Apps > Stumble Guys.
2. Tap Storage or Storage and cache.
3. Tap Clear cache.

Do not tap Clear storage / Clear data unless you mean to reset Stumble Guys on this phone. That signs you out. Owned cosmetics stay on the account if you were signed in.

iPhone does not offer a separate Stumble Guys cache button. Use the in-app steps on this page, or offload the app in iPhone Storage if the system total stays high.

Reinstall the app if storage is still high

If you already cleaned media and Stumble Guys still looks huge, a fresh install can clear leftover cache and temp files that are hard to reach by hand.

1. Sign in first. Skins and progress stay on the Stumble account. Season maps and cosmetic cache download again when you play.
2. Delete the app from your phone.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Install Stumble Guys again from the App Store or Google Play.
5. Sign in and restore from backup if the app offers it.

This often frees a lot of space. You may need to download some media again after restore.
